MVP Award

January 1st 2009, and another great start of my year. I was awarded the coveted Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award for my involvement in the office development community.

Recognition

Microsoft MVPs are awarded for their exceptional contributions to technical communities around the world. Worldwide, there are over 100 million participants in technical communities; of these participants, there are fewer than 4,000 active Microsoft MVPs. Learn more about this award.

Expertise

In 2007 I became MVP on Open XML. Open XML is the ISO standardized file format created by Microsoft. It allows you to automate document processes in a supportable way. In 2008 I continued being an MVP within this field. Find out about how Open XML can help fulfill your business needs.

Early 2009 I was awarded MVP on Visual Studio Tools for Office. VSTO is a core technology for creating Office Business Applications, bridging the gap between day to day office work and line of business operations. It makes doing business more agile by integrating process into the applications people use to get things done.

Thank you Microsoft for the recognition! I hope to continue providing valuable content to the community.
